29. Takes note with appreciation of the interim report of the Special Rapporteur, 9F 10 and encourages the Special Rapporteur to continue to include in his recommendations proposals on the prevention and investigation of torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment, including its gender-based manifestations;
