The Secretary-General has the honour to transmit to the members of the
General Assembly the report prepared by the Special Rapporteur on the right of
everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental
health, Dainius Puras, in accordance with Human Rights Cou ncil resolutions 6/29
and 15/22.
