Note by Secretary-General
The Secretary-General has the honour to transmit to the members of the
General Assembly the report of the Representative of the Secretary-General on the
human rights of internally displaced persons, Walter Kälin, in accordance with
General Assembly resolution 62/153 and Human Rights Council resolutions 6/32
and 14/6.
