The Secretary-General has the honour to transmit to the General Assembly the
report of the Special Rapporteur on the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the
highest attainable standard of physical and mental health, Dainius Puras, submitted
in accordance with Human Rights Council resolutions 6/29 and 24/6.
