[Welcomes:] World Health Assembly resolution WHA 51.22 of 16 May 1998 on the health of young children and adolescents and steps taken to further increase cooperation between the World Health Organization and the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, the Committee on the Rights of the Child, the United Nations Children's Fund and other relevant partners in developing a rights­based approach in programming and implementing programmes to prevent and combat disease, malnutrition and disability;
