Cultural Organization undertaken during the United Nations Year for Cultural Heritage; Takes note with appreciation of the adoption of the Convention for the 2. Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage by the General Conference of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization at its thirty-second session, on 17 October 2003; 7 3. Welcomes the adoption of the Declaration concerning the Intentional Destruction of Cultural Heritage by the General Conference of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization on 17 October 2003; 8 4.
