At the resumed 17th meeting, on 13 March 2009, the Rapporteur, Cécile Mballa Eyenga (Cameroon), introduced the draft report of the Commission on its fifty-third session, as contained in document E/CN.6/2009/L.3. 2. At the same meeting, the Commission adopted the draft report on its fifty-third session and decided to entrust the Rapporteur, in consultation with the Secretariat, with the completion of its report. 09-28398 47
