58/262. Admission of the International Criminal Court
to membership in the United Nations Joint Staff
Pension Fund
The General Assembly,
Having considered the note by the Secretary-General on the admission of the
International Criminal Court to membership in the United Nations Joint Staff
Pension Fund 1 and the related report of the Advisory Committee on Administrative
and Budgetary Questions, 2
Decides to admit the International Criminal Court to membership in the United
Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund, in accordance with article 3, paragraphs (b) and
(c), of the Regulations of the Fund, with effect from 1 January 2004.
