Note by the Secretary-General
The Secretary-General has the honour to transmit to the General Assembly the
report of the Special Rapporteur on the right to education, Koumbou Boly Barry, in
accordance with Human Rights Council resolutions 8/4 and 26/17. In her report, the
Special Rapporteur focuses on the interrelations between the right to education and
the rights to water and sanitation.
