Summary
In the present report, prepared pursuant to Human Rights Council resolution 51/16,
the Special Rapporteur on the rights of Indigenous Peoples, José Francisco Calí Tzay, focuses
on the impact of green finance on Indigenous Peoples and addresses the social and
environmental safeguards needed to protect their rights.
