A/RES/52/38 Page 11 1. Urges all States and regional organizations to intensify their efforts to contribute to the objective of the elimination of anti-personnel landmines; 2. Welcomes, as interim measures, the various bans, moratoriums and other restrictions already declared by States on anti-personnel landmines, and calls upon States that have not yet done so to declare and implement such bans, moratoriums and other restrictions as soon as possible; 3. Invites the Conference on Disarmament to intensify its efforts on the issue of anti-personnel landmines; 4.
