- n) Intensifiquen los esfuerzos para reducir sustancialmente el porcentaje de aguas residuales vertidas sin tratar en el medio ambiente y para asegurar que los planes y programas encaminados a mejorar los servicios de saneamiento tengan en cuenta la necesidad de establecer sistemas adecuados de tratamiento de las aguas residuales producidas, que prevean la eliminación de las heces infantiles, con el fin de reducir los riesgos para la salud humana, los recursos de agua potable y el medio ambiente;
