Encourages the Special Rapporteur to continue to seek the contributions of States, relevant organizations and institutions in order to create a more stable basis for his work; 31. Requests the Special Rapporteur to submit to the General Assembly at its sixty-ninth and seventieth sessions a report on the implementation of the present resolution; 32.
