A/HRC/RES/24/9 indigenous peoples to cooperate to the fullest extent possible with the Special Rapporteur in the fulfilment of his or her mandate; 4. Encourages all Governments to give serious consideration to responding favourably to the requests by the Special Rapporteur to visit their countries to enable him or her to fulfil the mandate effectively; 5. Requests the Secretary-General and the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to provide all the necessary human, technical and financial assistance to the Special Rapporteur for the effective fulfilment of his or her mandate; 6.
