In chapters I and II of the report, the Special Rapporteur provides an overview of activities he carried out between 1 May 2012 and 28 February 2013. In chapters III and IV, the Special Rapporteur addresses two issues he considers to be among the most significant ones of his mandate, namely funding of associations and holding of peaceful assemblies. The Special Rapporteur outlines his conclusions and recommendations in chapter V. GE.13-13384
