- e) Veiller à ce que les dispositions juridiques confèrent aux femmes un statut égal en droit comme en pratique, s’agissant notamment des dispositions relatives au chef de famille qui figurent dans le droit de la famille et dans le droit en matière de tutelle, garantir aux femmes et aux filles le droit à l’héritage, l’accès sans restriction et sur un pied d’égalité avec les hommes aux biens et aux ressources naturelles et autres ressources productives et la maîtrise de ces ressources, y compris la plénitude et l’égalité des droits de propriété et de location foncières et autres, engager des réformes administratives et prendre toutes les mesures nécessaires pour que les femmes aient les mêmes droits que les hommes en matière de crédit, de finances, d’avoirs financiers, de science et de technologie, de formation professionnelle et d’accès aux technologies de l’information et de la communication et aux marchés, et assurer l’égalité d’accès à la justice et à l’aide juridictionnelle;
