chemical weapons in the Syrian Arab Republic, expresses its strong conviction that those
responsible for the use of chemical weapons must be held accountable, and recalls in this
regard decision C-25/DEC.9 of the Conference of the States Parties to the Convention on the
Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and
on Their Destruction;
