A/HRC/23/50 of women’s engagements, including through innovative documentation produced by the women themselves; (h) Support women’s equal participation in political and public life through ICTs, including by: (i) Increasing women’s digital literacy, particularly among marginalized women; (ii) Ensuring gender-responsiveness in the promotion and protection of human rights on the Internet; (iii) Improving women’s access to the global governance of ICTs; (i) Accelerate efforts to eliminate all forms of violence against women, including through a comprehensive legal framework to combat impunity, in order to fulfil women’s human rights and to improve the enabling conditions for women’s participation in political and public life; (j) Guarantee women’s equal access to decision-making positions and processes in all institutions of global governance, including the United Nations. 23
