It had before it a note by the Secretariat containing the draft provisional agenda for the forty-eighth session of the Commission (E/CN.6/2003/L.5), which was introduced by the Director of the Division for the Advancement of Women. 2. At the same meeting, the Commission recommended the draft provisional agenda for its forty-eighth session for adoption by the Economic and Social Council (see chap. I, sect. B, draft decision). 43
