Requests the Secretary-General to direct the Office of Internal Oversight Services to evaluate the events and circumstances that led to United Nations responsibility for termination pay to the locally employed civilians in the Force, including all aspects of accountability and responsibility of United Nations staff, and to report thereon to the General Assembly; 15.
