Also welcomes the Basic Agreement on the Region of Eastern Slavonia, Baranja and Western Sirmium, signed on 12 November 1995, 7/ and acknowledges the important role of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe in the implementation of that agreement and the future role of the Organization in other regions of Croatia; 8.
