(l) Giving more attention to the needs of indigenous women, ageing women and women with disabilities; (m) issues; Giving more appropriate coverage of population and reproductive health (n) Giving more attention in programme 1 (Elimination of legal and attitudinal forms of discrimination) to the elimination of gender bias in the application of the law; (o) Giving more attention to the alleviation of poverty; (p) Giving more attention to civil and political rights; (q) Recognizing the provisions and implications of the draft declaration on the elimination of violence against women (E/CN.6/1993/12, annex, appendix I) when it is adopted; (r) Giving greater attention to the implications of women’s involvement in the informal sector; (s) Giving greater attention to part-time, temporary and casual work and to the need for further work on ensuring that such employment attracts equitable pay and conditions; (t) Using the term "gender" rather than "sex" in any revised document, when appropriate; (u) Programme 2 (Productive resources, income and employment) to be revised to cater more effectively to the needs of women in developing countries.
