At the 7th meeting, on 3 March, statements were made by the representatives of Indonesia, United Arab Emirates, the Congo, South Africa, India, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Croatia, Benin and the Russian Federation, and by observers for Afghanistan, Ghana, Switzerland, Kuwait, Guyana, Myanmar, Iceland, Sweden, Liechtenstein and Kazakhstan. 12.
