At the 19th meeting, on 7 April 1995, the Secretary of the Commission, on behalf of the Rapporteur, introduced the report of the Commission on its thirty-ninth session (E/CN.6/1995/L.8 and Add.1-3). 2. The observer for the Holy See made a statement. 3. A statement was also made by the observer for Palestine. 4. The Commission then adopted the report on its thirty-ninth session, as amended during the discussion. -68-
