Requests the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to make available the most recent and relevant United Nations reports and documents on the possibilities of using sport and the Olympic ideal to promote human rights for all and to strengthen universal respect for them as background documents for the dialogues and debates that will be held at the 2018 Social Forum;
