Takes note of the establishment of the Special Working Group on the Crime of Aggression by the Assembly of States Parties to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, open to all States on an equal footing, and of the possibility that at some future time the meeting of that working group may be held at United Nations Headquarters; Expresses its appreciation to the Secretary-General for providing 5. effective and efficient assistance in the establishment of the International Criminal Court; Welcomes the establishment of the Permanent Secretariat of the 6. Assembly of States Parties to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court; 7.
