2. Urges all parties concerned in the region to cease all military activity in the Democratic Republic of the Congo which breaches the ceasefire provided for in the Lusaka Ceasefire Agreement 2 and the Kampala disengagement plan and to implement fully those agreements and create the conditions necessary for the speedy and peaceful resolution of the crisis, and also urges all parties to engage in a process of political dialogue and negotiation;
