Reiterates its invitation and encouragement to all interested States, the United Nations, other relevant international organizations or institutions, regional organizations, the International Committee of the Red Cross and relevant non- governmental organizations to attend the Thirteenth Meeting of the States Parties to the Convention, to be held in Geneva from 2 to 5 December 2013, and to participate in the future meeting programme of the Convention;
