Chapter VII ADOPTION OF THE REPORT OF THE COMMISSION ON ITS THIRTY-EIGHTH SESSION 1. At the 17th meeting, on 18 March 1994, the Rapporteur introduced the report of the Commission on its thirty-eighth session (E/CN.6/1994/L.5 and Add.1-4), and orally revised it. 2. At the same meeting, amendments were proposed by the representative of Cuba and the observer for the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. 3. The Commission then adopted the report on its thirty-eighth session as orally revised and amended. -95-
