Summary
In the report, the Special Rapporteur on the rights of persons with disabilities
examines the challenges experienced by persons with disabilities in the enjoyment of
their right to the highest attainable standard of health, and provides guidance to States
on how to promote health-care services that are inclusive of, and accessible to, persons
with disabilities.
