Decides, in accordance with paragraphs 3 and 4 of its resolution 18/18 of 29 September 2011, that the theme of the annual thematic panel discussion under agenda item 10, to be held during its forty-first session, will be “Technical cooperation and capacity- building in the field of the human rights of older persons”;
