Underscores the need to safeguard food security and nutrition for all, including women, children, youth, older persons, indigenous peoples, local communities, persons with disabilities and those living in vulnerable situations, inter alia by promoting economic and social policies to counteract the adverse impact of economic slowdowns and downturns on efforts to end hunger and malnutrition;
