[By Governments, the United Nations and its specialized agencies, international financial institutions, bilateral donors and the private sector, as appropriate:] Give higher priority to women's health and develop mechanisms for coordinating and implementing the health objectives of the Platform for Action and relevant international agreements to ensure progress.
