In the report, the Special Representative describes how violence against children continues to be exacerbated worldwide by multiple and overlapping crises, reinforcing the urgent need for sound and sustained investment in integrated child -sensitive and gender-sensitive protection and violence prevention for every child. The report has a particular focus on the need to protect children from all forms of violence in the context of travel and tourism. In addition, the Special Representative outlines her engagement with Member States and other stakeholders to support accelerated implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, as well as her work as Chair of the United Nations task force on children deprived of liberty. * A/78/150. 23-14372 (E) 240823 *2314372*
