Summary
In his report, prepared pursuant to Human Rights Council resolutions 28/16 and
37/2, the Special Rapporteur on the right to privacy focuses on intelligence oversight issues
and provides links to the first report on the work on privacy and gender of the Task Force
on Privacy and Personality and that of the Task Force on Health Data.
