Questions relating to the programme budget for the biennium 1994-1995 The General Assembly I FINANCING FOR THE EXPANSION OF THE UNITED NATIONS OBSERVER MISSION IN SOUTH AFRICA 1. Approves an appropriation of 19,266,000 United States dollars under section 4 (Peace-keeping operations and special missions) of the programme budget for the biennium 1994-1995, 1/ and an appropriation of 1,464,200 dollars under section 28 (Staff assessment), to be offset by income in the same amount under income section 1 (Income from staff assessment); 2. Requests the Secretary-General to submit to the General Assembly a full final performance report relating to the final expenditures of the United Nations Observer Mission in South Africa and to the activities budgeted and implemented; 3.
