Also calls upon States to combat xenophobia, racism and discrimination of any kind against migrants, specifically children, including adolescents, and further calls upon States to take appropriate measures to prevent, investigate and punish all human rights violations and abuses experienced by migrants within their territory and to take appropriate steps to help facilitate such measures in response to abuses outside their territory, in cooperation with other States and all other relevant stakeholders, according to their international commitments and their national legislation;
