Summary
In the present report, the Special Rapporteur on the rights of persons with
disabilities, Catalina Devandas-Aguilar, examines the importance of international
cooperation to support the implementation of the rights of persons with disabilities and
provides guidance to States on how to ensure that international cooperation is inclusive
of and accessible to persons with disabilities.
