[Calls upon all States:] Urges the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to provide administrative assistance to the Special Rapporteur on traditional practices affecting the health of women and the girl child of the Sub-Commission on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights to enable her to proceed with her work;
