13. Urges all Afghan parties to respect all international human rights instruments, including the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, 9 to bring to an end without delay all violations of the human rights of women and girls, to take urgent measures to ensure respect for all fundamental freedoms and to respect international humanitarian law with regard to the conduct of hostilities;
