[Calls upon all States to include, within the overall context of policies and programmes for the realization of the rights of the child, for all children within their jurisdiction, the relevant provisions for the realization of these rights for indigenous children, in particular:] To ensure that indigenous children have access to the same range, quality and standard of free or affordable, gender-sensitive, culturally sensitive and age-appropriate health care and programmes as provided to other children and adolescents, including in the area of sexual and reproductive health, and to take measures, in consultation with indigenous peoples, to eliminate child and maternal mortality and malnutrition and to develop measures to support those services inside their communities;
