(b) The high-level meeting will be co-chaired by the President of the General Assembly at its seventy-first session and the President of the Assembly at its seventieth session; the opening plenary meeting will feature state ments of up to three minutes each involving the President of the Assembly at its seventy-first session, the President of the Assembly at its seventieth session, the Secretary - General, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, the Director General of the International Organization for Migration, the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, the Special Representative of the Secretary - General for International Migration, the Executive Director of the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN-Women) on behalf of the Global Migration Group, the Executive Director of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, the President of the World Bank Group, a member of a migrant community, a member of a refugee community, a representative of civil society and a representative of the private sector;
