15. Reaffirms the need for Member States to review and, if necessary, strengthen coordinated measures, enhance capacity-building to combat money- laundering arising from drug trafficking and improve judicial cooperatio n, where appropriate, at the national, regional and international levels, to dismantle organized criminal groups involved in drug trafficking, in order to provide for the prevention, detection, investigation and prosecution of the perpetrators of such crim es;
