[Reaffirming paragraph 30 of its resolution 2000/85,] Calls upon all States to ensure, for migrant children, the enjoyment of human rights as well as access to health care, social services and education; States should ensure that migrant children, and especially those who are unaccompanied, in particular victims of violence and exploitation, receive special protection and assistance;
