Requests the Working Group to consult States, intergovernmental and nongovernmental organizations and other relevant civil society actors in the implementation of
the present resolution, and to report its findings on the use of mercenaries as a means of
violating human rights and impeding the exercise of the right of peoples to self-determination
to the Human Rights Council at its forty-fifth session and to the General Assembly at its
seventy-fifth session;
23.
Decides to continue its consideration of this matter under the same agenda item
at its forty-fifth session.
