Subsequently, Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Belize, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Côte d’Ivoire, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, France, Gabon, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Mexico, Moldova, Monaco, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Norway, Panama, Peru, Portugal, the Republic of Korea, Romania, Senegal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Togo and Turkey joined in sponsoring the draft resolution, as orally revised. 93. Also at the 16th meeting, the Commission adopted the revised draft resolution (see chap. I, sect. D, resolution 52/4). 94. After the adoption of the draft resolution, a statement was made by the representative of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
