Note by the Secretary-General
The Secretary-General has the honour to transmit to the General Assembly the
report of the Special Rapporteur on the right to education, Koumbou Boly Barry,
submitted in accordance with Human Rights Council resolutio ns 8/4 and 26/17. In
her report, the Special Rapporteur focuses on the role of equity and inclusion in the
right to education.
* The present report was submitted after the deadline in order to reflect the most recent
developments.
