Takes note of the proposals of the Secretary-General in section 3 of the proposed programme budget relating to the full range of administrative support for ad hoc missions under the good offices of the Secretary-General, peace-keeping operations and other special and field missions, and of the comments and recommendations of the Advisory Committee; 12. Decides, in this regard, to review the number of posts and the level of appropriation for section 3 by 31 March 1996, in the context of the comprehensive review of the Support Account; Section 5. International Court of Justice 13. Requests all relevant entities at The Hague to continue negotiations with the aim of obtaining economies through common administrative services; 14. Accepts the proposal of the Secretary-General, subject to the recommendations of the Advisory Committee, for the enlargement of the premises of the International Court of Justice, subject to further review in the context of a savings report called for in section II, paragraph 7 of the present resolution; Section 6. Legal activities 15. Notes the assurances given by the Secretary-General that adequate resources are available within section 6 of the proposed programme budget to enable the Secretary-General to implement fully the provisions of General Assembly resolutions 49/60 of 9 December 1994 and 50/53 of 11 December 1995 regarding measures to eliminate international terrorism; Section 7A. Department for Policy Coordination and Sustainable Development 16. Approves the provision of 500,000 United States dollars as the United Nations contribution to the financing of the activities of the NonGovernmental Liaison Service; 17. Requests the Secretary-General to ensure that there are adequate resources for follow-up to the World Summit for Social Development, held at Copenhagen from 6 to 12 March 1995, and the Fourth World Conference on Women, held at Beijing from 4 to 15 September 1995, as well as resources for climate change; Section 7B. Africa: critical economic situation, recovery and development 18. Decides, pursuant to section V of its resolution 49/219 of 23 December 1994, to create a separate identifiable programme budget section for the implementation of activities relating to programme 45 of the medium-term plan for the period 1992-1997 as revised by the General Assembly in its resolution 47/214; 19. Decides also to establish one P-5 post and to redeploy from section 26H of the proposed programme budget one General Service post to strengthen the implementation of activities relating to programme 45 as revised by the General Assembly in its resolution 47/214; 20. Requests the Secretary-General to review the level of resources devoted to the implementation of activities related to Africa: critical economic situation, recovery and development, and to make proposals with a view to strengthening those activities, taking into account General Assembly /...
