- [Decides to appoint, for a period of three years, a Special Rapporteur on the rights of persons with disabilities, with the following mandate:] To develop a regular dialogue and to consult with States and other relevant stakeholders, including United Nations agencies, programmes and funds, regional human rights mechanisms, national human rights institutions, national independent monitoring frameworks designated under article 33, paragraph 2 of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, persons with disabilities and their representative organizations, and other civil society organizations to identify, exchange and promote good practices relating to the realization of the rights of persons with disabilities and their participation as equal members of society;
