Takes note with appreciation of the Secretary-General's proposals to establish a comprehensive monitoring, reporting and compliance mechanism in order to obtain systematic, reliable and accurate information on the recruitment and use of children in armed conflict and other grave violations against children, and calls upon States to support this process;
